Innovative Automation and Adminplex Resources Services Inc. are excited to announce that you are eligible to enroll in the group benefits plan. Enrolling is now easier than ever with the help of the Innovative Automation Benefits Centre website and enrollment portal.

Adminplex is your main point of contact for your group benefits plan. Adminplex processes all benefit enrollments and life event changes and will be happy to answer your questions concerning your plan, its coverage and assist with claim inquiries.

If you have a questions about enrollment into the plan, life event changes and coverage questions, please reach out to your Adminplex benefits Administrator, Fauzia.
For claims issues, we also ask that you contact Industrial Alliance first to find out the issue at 1-877-422-6487. If you do not agree with, or understand the answer Industrial Alliance provides, then we will ask you to call Fauzia at Adminplex to escalate the issue.

You will need your Innovative Automation Employee Number to get started and 20 minutes of your time to complete. In addition, you will require the following information to enroll

• Mailing Address
• Spouses Insurance Company Name and Policy Number (if waiving benefits or if you choose to coordinate benefits by using both plans when claiming expenses you must select FAMILY Coverage
• Dependent information (Including Birthdays)
• Beneficiary Information
